Without Christ we are in the caterpillar stage stuck in our sins, bad behaviors, lifestyles that we hate. We live in unforgiveness, and we allow our emotions to run us. We feel like a black hole is inside us and we don't have any hope. We search for things to release the pain and hurt. It could be sex, relationships, alcohol, gambling etc. Without Christ we are lonely and have no direction is life.
Then one day Jesus Christ pulls us out of the Caterpillar stage and chooses us for Salvation. The Bible says we become a new person. Old things have past away behold all things have become NEW.
We are like a butterfly. We are free to live in our new life. We BEGIN to see things in a whole new light.
We have joy now, we learn patience, trust and how to wait on the Lord. Each day we keep developing and working to become more like Christ. We realize we are not prefect but daily we take up our cross and follow Him. We know that our Hope is in the near future and that life now has a purpose. Sometimes the caterpillar way of living tries to come back, but we know that God has forgiven everything in that stage, so we don't have to accept it.
2007 will be here Tomorrow !!! What changes do you want to see in your Life.
I want to see you be like this butterfly fluttering your life with joy. I want to see you dance the life of freedom and have the abundantly living that only Christ can give you.
