| Circumstances: On August 29, 2007, Cinthia picked up her children, Lilibeth and Anahi from their babysitter's residence in Phoenix, Arizona and was on her way back home to Mesa, Arizona. She contacted a family member at approximately 9:30 pm and said she would be home soon. Cinthia and the children have not been heard from since. They were last known to be traveling in a 2005 blue Chevy Cavalier with Arizona license plate 036-MBZ. |
